With the upcoming celebrations in Dresden and the surrounding region, the 500^th anniversary of the start of the Reformation in Germany is quickly approaching its grand finale. Indeed there are many stimulating places, events and special offers that address the core themes of the Reformation – spiritual renewal, diversity and tolerance. Celebrate - The Reformation turns 500

The celebrations for the 500th anniversary of the Reformation reach their peak in October. Dresden and the Saxon Elbeland are honouring Martin Luther with numerous events and exhibitions at the original sites. Follow Luther’s steps and discover a history that is still very much alive to this very day.

Award-winning theatre for young people

The theatre tjg. is the second oldest and also the largest children and young people’s theatre in Germany.
